Ingredients
- 1-1/2 lbs. ground pork
- 1 egg, beaten
- 1/4 c. milk
- 1/3 c. fresh bread crumbs
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/4 c. water chestnuts, rinse & chop
- 2 Tbls. soy sauce
- 1 tsp. sesame oil
- 1/4 tsp. salt
- 2 Tbls. scallions, finely diced
- 1/4 c. fresh cilantro, chopped
- cilantro sprigs for garnish, if desired

Step 1
In large bowl mix bread crumbs & milk to combined. Add pork, egg, water chestnuts, soy sauce, sesame oil, salt and chopped cilantro. Combine well; use hands for better mixing. Form into small meatballs and place on a jellyroll pan.
Bake in preheated 350 degree oven 20 minutes until browned and cooked through.
Serve warm. Either toss in hoisin, sweet sour or a thick teriyaki sauce, or serve sauces on the side.
** Also good made as meatloaf!
