- 20 cups shredded cabbage
- 5 medium red apple, diced
- 5 medium firm banana, sliced
- 1-2/3 cups chopped pecans
- 1/2 cup and 2 tablespoons raisins
- 2-1/2 cups mayonnaise or salad dressing
- 1/2 cup and 2 tablespoons milk
- 1/2 cup and 2 tablespoons sugar
- 1/4 cup and 1 tablespoon lemon juice
