Ingredients
- 1 lg head of cauliflower
- 3-4 cloves of garlic
- Salt & pepper

Step 1
Fill a large stock pot with an inch or two of water and bring to a boil. While waiting for the water to boil, washed and trim cauliflower, cut into florets. Peel garlic and sliced up all the cloves. Insert steamer basket in pot dump in the half of the cauliflower, all of the garlic and salted everything liberally. Put in the rest of the cauliflower, seasoned with more salt, cover and steam until it was soft about 10 minutes. Once the cauliflower is soft, dump in colander and drain. Put in food processor and process until smooth.
