Ingredients
- 1/2 lb boneless chicken, cubes
- 1 TBSP butter
- 1 small onion
- 2 cups water
- 1/4 tsp dried marjoram
- 1/4 tsp dried thyme
- 1/8 tsp dried rosemary
- 1/8 tsp rubbed sage
- 2 cups instant rice
- 1/2 cup chopped walnuts
Preparation
Step 1
In a skillet, saute the chicken in butter for 3 to 4 minutes. ADd onions and saute until tender. Add water & seasonings. Bring boil. Stir in rice. Cover, remove heat. Let stand 5 minutes. Add extra butter, salt & pepper to taste
