Ingredients
- 1 baguette French bread or similar Italian bread
- 7 tablespoons Feta Cheese
- 1 Tomato
- 1 tablespoon of onion
- 1 tablespoon Lebanese Thyme (mix of dried thyme, sumac, sesame seeds..)
- Olive Oil
- Salt

Preparation
Step 1
Cut the french baguette into 10 pieces.
Cut the tomato and onion into tiny cubes.
In a side bowl mix all the ingredients.
Spread the feta mix on the bread and enjoy it with a glass of wine!
