Pina Colada Popsicles

Ingredients
- 3 c. peeled, fresh pineapple, cut into 1/2" cubes
- 1/2 c. canned cream of coconut, well stirred
- 1/2 c. Malibu (coconut) rum

Step 1
Blend all Ingredients until smooth, then force through a fine sieve into a large glass bowl. Pour into molds; add sticks and freeze 24 hours. Yield 8 regular-size popsicles.
Note: Can be made in small (1-ounce-size) plastic containers for a fun party idea.
