Trout with Oyster Sauce

Ingredients

  • 1 lb trout or salmon filet
  • 2 Tbsp sherry
  • 1 1/2 tsp sesame oil
  • 1 tsp fresh ginger
  • 1 Tbsp oyster sauce
  • 2 green onions,finely chopped

Preparation

Step 1

Preheat oven to 350
Combine sesame oil,minced ginger,sherry and oyster sauce until well blended
Arrange fish in a shallow baking pan
Pour sauce over fish and sprinkle with green onions
Cover dish with tin foil and bake 20 min
Serve with rice
