  • 2 lb. (900 g) new potatoes, halved
  • 6 slices bacon, chopped
  • 3 Tbsp. Kraft Extra Virgin Olive Oil Tuscan Italian Dressing
  • 1/3 cup Miracle Whip Calorie-Wise Spread
  • 1 Tbsp. lemon juice
  • 1 clove garlic, minced
  • 2 Tbsp. Kraft 100% Parmesan Finely Shredded Cheese
  • 2 tsp. chopped fresh parsley

Step 1

HEAT oven to 400ºF.

COMBINE potatoes, bacon and Italian dressing; spread onto bottom of 17x11-1/2x3/4-inch pan. Bake 45 min. or until potatoes are tender and crisp around the edges, stirring after 25 min.

MEANWHILE, mix Miracle Whip, lemon juice and garlic.

SPOON potatoes onto platter; top with Miracle Whip mixture, cheese and parsley.
