Ingredients
- Marinates:
- 200 g Pork Loin
- Corn flour / all purpose flour
- 1 pc Nam Yu (南乳) - Chinese fermented bean curd
- 1 tsp of the sauce
- 1 tbsp sugar
Preparation
Step 1
1. Wash and dry pork loin.
2. Mixed well marinated ingredients, coat evenly on pork loin and leave at fridge overnight.
3. Before cooking, let it stand for 10 minutes.
4. Heat pan with oil. Coat thickly with flour and deep fried until golden brown.
5. Drain out excess oil, let cool, chop / slice into pieces.
Note:
I left it 2 nights in the fridge and it taste really great to leave it longer.
I thin sliced it as it was easier fot my toddles to munch.
This portion served as side dish for 2.
