Ingredients
- Marinates:
- 200 g Pork Loin, minced
- 1 Egg
- 1 tbsp Oyster Sauce
- 1 tsp Mirin
- 1 tsp Sugar
- 1 tsp corn starch
- 1/2 tsp Light Soy Sauce
- 1/2 tsp fish sauce
- Pinch of Salt
Preparation
Step 1
1. Hand mince the meat.
2. Place all marinate ingredients in a bowl and mix well with minced pork loin. Cover, overnight at the fridge
3. Before cook, let it stand for 10 minutes. Mix in egg.
4. Heat pan with oil, use spoon to scoop out the meat and flatten a littler on the pan, pan-fried for 10 minutes or until golden brown.
Note:
You can use ready minced meat. Hand mince meat gives better texture.
Time of cooking depends on how thick the pork cake you are making. Mine was around 7mm thick.
This can use as burger meat.
