Ingredients
- 2 lb boneless beef or beef brisket cubed
- 6 celery ribs, sliced
- 6 carrots, sliced
- 6 potatoes, cubed
- 2 onions, sliced
- 28 oz can tomatoes
- 1/4 c. minute tapioca
- 1 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp pepper
- 1/2 tsp basil
- 1 clove garlic, minced
Preparation
Step 1
Combine all ingredients in crock pot and cook on low for 8 hours. Serve with rolls.
