Chocolate Cake

Ingredients
- FROSTING:
- 3/4 c softened butter
- 1 3/4 c sugar
- 2 eggs
- 1 tsp vanilla
- 2 c flour
- 3/4 c Hershey's unsweetened cocoa
- 1 1/4 tsp baking soda
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 3/4 c Hershey's unsweetened cocoa
- 4 c confectionary sugar
- 1/2 c softened unsalted butter
- 1 /tsp vanilla
- 1/2 c evaporated milk

Step 1
Grease and flour round cake pans.
Cream butter, sugar, eggs and vanilla. Add the dry ingredients alternately with 1 1/3 c hot water.
Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes. Cool for 10 minutes on rack and then remove from pans. Cool completely and frost.
Mix cocoa and sugar. Cream together with part of butter. Blend in vanilla and half of milk. Add remainder and whip until fluffy.
