Ingredients

  • 2 top sirloin steaks about 3/4 inch thick
  • 2 tsp butter or margarine
  • 3 tbsp thinly sliced green onion
  • 1 tsp Worcestershire sauce
  • 2 tbsp finely chopped parsley
  • 2 tbsp lemon juice
  • Salt and ground pepper to taste

Preparation

Step 1

Place steak between wax paper and pound lightly
Melt 1 tbsp butter in pan
Add green onions sauté for a few minutes
Stir in Worcestershire sauce parsley and lemon juice and heat through Keep warm
Melt and heat remaining butter in another skillet, add steaks to pan
Sautee about 2 min. per side
Sprinkle with salt and pepper
Spoon the butter onion mixture over steaks in pan
Place hot steaks on serving dish
Pour pan juices over.
Garnish with green onion and lemon peel.
