Slow Cooker Barbeque Beef

Ingredients
- 1 4-5 lb boneless chuck roast
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- salt and pepper to taste
- 2 18-ounce bottles of barbeque sauce

Step 1
Place roast in slow cooker. Sprinkle with garlic powder and onion powder and season with salt and pepper. Place a sliced onion on top. Pour first bottle of barbeque sauce over meat. After this has cooked 6-8 hours or so, take it out, drain the juice out, shred the beef, and return to the crock pot. Then add the second bottle of barbecue sauce and simmer it until ready to eat, usually another 1-3 hours.
Serve hot.
