Ingredients
- 1 med head of cabbage
- 6-8 med potatoes
- 2 lbs smoked sausage
- Salt to taste
- 1 qt. water
Preparation
Step 1
Cut cabbage into 1-2 inch wedges. Place in slow cooker.
Wash and quarter potatoes. (peel if desired)
Add to cabbage in slow cooker.
Slice sausage into bite sized pieces. Add to slower cooker. Add salt and mix.
Pour water into slow cooker. Cook on high 2 hours or low 4-6 hours, or until vegetables are tender.
