Candied Pecans

Ingredients
- 2 TBSP Brown Sugar
- 1 TBSP All-Purpose Flour
- 1/8 tsp Salt
- 1 Egg White
- 3 C. Pecan halves

Preheat oven to 175`
Mix brown sugar, flour & salt in a bowl, set aside. In another bowl, beat egg white mixture until foamy; slowly beat in sugar mixture. Fold in pecans. Transfer pecans to a parchment-lined baking pan. Spread in a single layer. Bake about 1.5 hours. Cool completely. Break pecans apart. For a little heat, add 1/8 tsp cayenne pepper to the sugar mixture.
