- 1 1/2 lbs zucchini, cut into 1/4" slices
- 19 ounce can stewed tomatoes broken up & drained
- 1 1/2 garlic cloves, minced
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1 2/3 Tbs butter

- Parmesean cheese, opt.
Preparation
Step 1
Spray slow cooker
Dot with butter
Cook HIGH 2 1/2 - 3 hours
Serve sprinkled with parmesean cheese.
