Sauce - Barbecue Ribs 1 Picture

Ingredients

  • 3 large half racks Pork ribs (costco)
  • 1/4 C. Brown Sugar
  • 1 C. Smoked Paprika
  • 2 T. Garlic Powder
  • 2 T. Onion Powder
  • 2 t. Pepper
  • 1 t. Dry Mustard
  • 1 t. Chili Powder
  • 2 T. Cumin
  • 1/4 C. Kosher Salt
  • 1 1/2 C. Apple Juice
  • 1 Bottle of Barbecue Sauce

Preparation

Step 1

Mix all the spices together. Pull off the membrane from the back of the ribs; rinse & dry. Rub mixture on front and back of ribs. Place in fridge overnight. In the morning, set oven to 200°.

Place ribs in large pan with 1 1/2 Cups of apple juice poured in pan. Cook for 8 hours.

Place on barbecue on low heat for 15 minutes with favorite barbecue sauce until the sauce has thickened.
