Cardoons #2

Ingredients

  • 3/4 c flour
  • 1/2 c milk
  • 1/4 c heavy cream
  • 2 eggs
  • salt/pepper
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • olive oil
  • Cardoons

Preparation

Step 1

Blend the flour into milk. Add cream, eggs, seasonings and 1 tsp olive oil and powder. Dip cooked cardoons into the batter and fry in hot oil until golden. Drain on paper toweling.
