Bloody Mary Crawfish Jambalaya

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup Bloody Mary Mix
  • 8 ounces Beef Consomme
  • 1 cup Onion, chopped
  • 1/2 cup Green Bell Pepper, chopped
  • 1 sm Jalapeno, chopped
  • 1/2 cup Butter, melted
  • 1 lb. Crawfish Tails, peeled
  • 2 1/2 cups Rice, uncooked
  • 1/2 teaspoon Salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon Cayenne Pepper

Preparation

Step 1

1. Combine all ingredients in 8-10 cup rice cooker.

2. Cook on soup mode until rice is tender.
