  • 4 large or 6 medium chicken breasts, boned
  • 10 oz can mushroom soup
  • 13 oz can mushrooms and liquid
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 1/2 cup cooking sherry
  • Paprika

Step 1

1) Place chicken breasts skin side up in a baking dish. Combine soup, mushrooms and liquid, sour cream and sherry. Pour over chicken breasts. Sprinkle generously with paprika. bake at 350 for 1 3/4 hours.
