Ingredients
- 1 large package Orange or Apricot Jello
- (I used 1 small Orange and 1 small Apricot Jello)
- 1 pint Vanilla Ice Cream
- 1 20 ounce can Pitted Apricots, drained
- 1/2 cup Sour Cream
- 2 cups Boiling Water
Preparation
Step 1
Dissolve the jello in boiling water.
Put the jello in a blender and add, apricots, sour cream and ice cream.
Blend well and pour into a jello mold. Let set up 4-6 hours or over night.
