Ingredients
- 8 8 8 oz extra sharp Cheddar cheese
- 8 8 8 oz Cheddar cheese
- 1 1/2 1 1/2 1/2 c high quality mayonnaise
- 1 4oz 1 4oz jare pimentos, drained
- 1 1 1 tsp worcestershire sauce
- 14 14 14 tsp ground red pepper
- 1/4 1/4 1/4 c. chopped walnuts (optional)

Preparation
Step 1
Shred (with a small side of box grater) 8 oz block of extra sharp Cheddar cheese. Shred (using large side of box grater) 8 oz block of Cheddar cheese. Stir all other ingredients into cheese. Let chill overnight so flavors can meld together. Serve with crackers or on crustless bread as a tea sandwich.
