STUFFED CABBAGE SOUP

Ingredients
- 1/2 1/2 1/2 pound ground beef
- 1/2 1/2 1/2 Large Onion
- 1 1 1 can (15 ounces) tomato sauce
- 2 2 2 cans (15 ounces) Beef Broth
- 1 1 1 TBSP. each dried oregano and Basil
- to and Pepper to Taste
- 1 1 1 cup cooked rice(optional)
- 2 2 2 cups shredded cabbage

Preparation
Step 1
In large stockpot over medium/high heat add oil,beef,and onion. Cook until Beef is no longer pink and onions are soft/translucent. Add seasonings,tomato sauce and beef broth to cooked beef and onions and bring to a boil,add shredded cabbage. Cover and simmer for 10-15 minutes to wilt the cabbage. Add rice at last 5 minutes of cooking time (if you choose to add rice to soup) Enjoy.
