Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup butter
  • 1/2 cup granulated sugar
  • 1/2 cup packed brown sugar
  • 1/2 tsp baking powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon baking soda
  • 1 egg
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla
  • 1 1/4 cups all purpose flour
  • 1 cup oatmeal
  • 1 cup coconut
  • 1 cup chocolate chips

Preparation

Step 1

Preheat oven to 375.

Blend butter, sugars, baking powder, baking soda.

Beat in eggs and vanilla.

Beat in flour.

By hand, mix in oatmeal, coconut, and chocolate chips.

Drop by rounded teaspoon onto ungreased cookie sheets, bake for 8 to 10 minutes. Cool on wire rack.
