Betsy's Baked Beans in Crock Pot

Ingredients

• 1 48 oz. jar Great Northern Beans
• 1/2 to 1 pound bacon, cut up (Can partially cook to rid some fat. Drain before adding to mixture)
• 1 to 1-1/2 C. yellow onion, finely diced
• 1 cup brown sugar
• 1/2 cup molasses (or Kitchen Bouquet)
• 2 teaspoons salt
• 1/4 teaspoon ground black pepper
• 1/4 teaspoon dry mustard
• 1/2 cup ketchup
• 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce

Step 1

Mix all ingredients and add to crock pot.

Cook for about 5 hours on medium.

** Can also be cooked in a bean pot in 250 degree oven for an afternoon.
