- 3 CUPS PANKO - WHOLE WHEAT IF YOU CAN FIND IT.
- 4 TBSP. ALL PURPOSE FLOUR
- 1 TSP SALT
- 1/2 TSP PEPPER
- 1 1/2 CUP PLAIN YOGURT
- 1/2 TSP EACH - SAGE/ROSEMARY/CAYENNE
- 4 SKINLESS CHICKEN BREAST
- 1/2 CUP HONEY
- 1 TBSP SRIRACHA

Step 1
PREHEAT OVEN TO 435 DEGREES
LINE PARCHMENT PAPER ON A BAKING SHEET/ PUT A RACK ON THE PARCHMENT PAPER. BAKING RACK SHOULD BE AT LEAST 1 TO 1/2 INCHES OF THE PAPER. SRAY IT ALL WITH COOKING SPRAY.
MIX TOGETHER THE FLOUR/SALT/PEPPER.
MIX TOGETHER THE YOGURT /SAGE/ROSEMARY/CAYENNE
PLACE CHICKEN IN THE FLOUR MIX AND THEN IN THE YOGURT MIX.
PLACE IT ON THE RACK. WHEN ALL CHICKEN IS READY - PUT IT INTO THE OVEN.
20 TO 25 MINUTES OR UNTIL 180 DEGREE'S
MAKE THE SAUCE AND DRIZZLE IT OVER THE CHICKEN AND SERVE
