Ingredients
- 4-6 Chicken thighs (thighs can be frozen or substitute breasts if you prefer)
- 1 18 oz. Original Sweet Baby Ray's BBQ Sauce (you can use more if you like more sauce)
- 14 cup red wine vinegar
- 1 tsp. red pepper flakes
- 1/4 cup brown sugar (Splenda blend)
- 1 tsp. garlic powder
- salt and pepper to taste
Preparation
Step 1
Season Chicken thighs with salt and pepper and place in crock pot
Combine remaining ingredients and then pour over chicken in the crock pot.
Cook on low 6-8 hours.
