You only need two ingredients for these delicious, melt-in-your-mouth lemon bars. Sprinkle your freshly baked bars with powdered sugar for added sweetness!

Ingredients

  • 1 box angel food cake mix
  • 2 (21-ounce) cans lemon pie filling
  • Powdered sugar

Preparation

Step 1

Preheat oven to 350°F.

Mix dry cake mix and cans of pie filling together in large bowl.

Pour into greased 9 inch x 13 inch baking pan.

Bake for 25 minutes or until top is starting to brown.

Cool on wire rack and sprinkle with powdered sugar.
