Ingredients
- 1 1/4 lbs. Stew Meat, 1" Cubes
- 1 lg Onion, chopped
- 1 each Garlic Clove, minced
- 1 cup Water
- 12 ounces Beer
- 1 teaspoon Italian Seasoning
- 1 cup Mushrooms, sliced
- 1/4 cup Celery, chopped
- 1/2 cup Carrot, sliced
- 2 cups Frozen Peas
- 2 each Potatoes, peeled / cubed
Preparation
Step 1
1. Brown beef cubes in heavy nonstick pot. Add onion and garlic and cook until tender.
2. Pour in remaining ingredients and bring to boil. Cook 30-45 minutes, or until vegetables are tender.
