Ingredients
- 6-8 kale leaves stemed & sliced ala collards
- 3 cloves garlic -thin sliced on baby mandolins
- 1/2 Shallot sliced to rings
- 2 chili de arbol-stemed,seeded & crushed
- 1/4 cup chicken stock
- Optional
- 1 can Cannellini Beans
- 1 can fire roasted tomatoes

Preparation
Step 1
Sweat (but do not brown) garlic-shallot-chili in 2tbs olive oil
Add kale & turning w/ tongs wilt
Add stock & turn up heat to evaporate
