Pork Loin Roast w/Gravy

Ingredients

  • Marinade:
  • 1 Pork Loin Roast
  • 1 Tblsp Classic Bread Dipper
  • 1/4 cup unfiltered Olive Oil
  • 2 Tblsp Balsamic Vinegar
  • Gravy:
  • 1/2 c water
  • 3 Tblsp soy sauce
  • 2 Tblsp Balsamic Vinegar
  • garlic
  • canned mushrooms

Preparation

Step 1

Marinate roast for 2 hrs or more.

Roast as usual.

Make gravy to go over roasted pork slices. Especially good heated up in the gravy the next day.
