Pork Loin Roast w/Gravy

Ingredients
- Marinade:
- 1 Pork Loin Roast
- 1 Tblsp Classic Bread Dipper
- 1/4 cup unfiltered Olive Oil
- 2 Tblsp Balsamic Vinegar
- Gravy:
- 1/2 c water
- 3 Tblsp soy sauce
- 2 Tblsp Balsamic Vinegar
- garlic
- canned mushrooms

Preparation
Step 1
Marinate roast for 2 hrs or more.
Roast as usual.
Make gravy to go over roasted pork slices. Especially good heated up in the gravy the next day.
