Gluten Free Almond Bread

gluten free bread with a nutty flavor and moist texture,,,can also be used to make French toast

Ingredients

  • 2 Cups Almond Flour
  • 2 T Coconut flour
  • 11/2 T baking soda
  • 1/4 t salt
  • 2 t xanthum gum
  • 5 eggs
  • 1 T honey
  • 1/2 Cup coconut oil (melted)

Preparation

Step 1

add all dry ingredients to bowl,,,whisk together to blend
in a separate bowl whisk together eggs honey and oil
add wet ingredients to dry and mix well
pour into a greased or sprayed loaf pan
cook at 350 for 35 minutes and check with a toothpick until it comes out clean

**crust will be dark
