Choco Peanut Butter Topping

If you love magic shell ice cream topping, this is a fine substitute with a peanut butter twist...

Ingredients

• 1 cup of milk chocolate OR semi-sweet chocolate morsels
• 3 Tablespoons of creamy peanut butter

Preparation

Step 1

Place the chocolate morsels in a small microwave safe bowl.
Add the peanut butter.

Microwave on high for one minute.
Remove from microwave and check to see if morsels have melted (If not continue for another 30 seconds)

When the chocolate and peanut butter have melted, stir together until completely smooth.
spoon over a dish of ice cream. The topping will begin to harden after about 60 seconds.

Yield: six servings
