Ingredients
- 1 lb fresh green beans, trimed
- 1/4 c. butter
- 1 sm onion, minced
- 1 rib celery, minced
- 1 tsp minced garlic
- 1/4 tsp rosemary
- 1/4 c. chopped fresh parsley
Preparation
Step 1
Bring salted water to a boil in saucepan. Add beans, cover, and cook until tender-crisp about 10-15 minutes. Drain and plunge in ice water to stop cooking. Drain and set aside.
Melt butter in saucepan over medium heat. Add onion, celery and saute 5 minutes, add garlic and saute 2 minutes. Stir in beans, rosemary, salt, and parsley, saute until thorouhly heated about 4 minutes.
