  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 1 Tbsp salad oil
  • 1 jar (32 oz) pasta sauce
  • 1/2 pkg lasagna noodles
  • 1 lb ricotta cheese
  • 8 oz mozzarella cheese, shredded
  • 1/2 cup grated parmesan

Preparation

Step 1

In large skillet brown ground beef in oil. Add pasta sauce; simmer 15 minutes. Meanwhile cool lasagna as directed; drain. In 9" x 13" x 2" pan spread 1 cup sauce, then alternate layers of lasagna, ricotta, mozzarella and parmesan. End with sauce, mozzarella and parmesan. Bake at 350 for 40-50 minutes until lightly browned and bubbling. Allow to stand for 15 minutes.
