Ingredients
- 4 eggs
- 3 1/2 Cups Pumpkin (large can)
- 1 1/3 Cups Sugar
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 tsp cinnamon
- 1 tsp nutmeg
- 1 tsp ginger
- 4 Tbsp melted butter
- 1 3/4 Cups hot milk
Preparation
Step 1
Beat eggs slightly, add pumpkin, sugar, salt and spices and mix well.
Add melted butter and hot milk and stir throughly. Pour into uncooked pastry shell. Bake in hot oven (450)for 15 minutes then reduce heat to 350 for 35 minutes or until done.
