Beer Cheese Dip (cold) 1 Picture

Ingredients

  • 16 oz Cream Cheese
  • 2 C Finely Shredded Cheddar Cheese
  • 1 Packet of Ranch Dip Mix
  • 1/3 C of Beer (Try to avoid anything too light… I recommend a flavorful ale, pilsner or lager, but you can mix it up!)

Preparation

Step 1

Mix the first three ingredients together, then mix in the beer.

You can always add more beer to thin the dip out and give it a richer beer flavor.

Let chill for a couple of hours or overnight if you can, but it tastes great right away if you’re in a rush.

Serve it with pretzels, celery, crackers, pita bread… get creative! If you feel like getting really crazy, use it to stuff bacon-wrapped jalapenos. You won’t regret it ;-)
