- 4 eggs, beaten
- 1 3/4 c sugar
- 1/2 c all-purpose flour
- 2 c milk, 2% or evaporated milk - 1 tsp vanilla
- 1/2 stick butter, melted
- 1 7 oz. can angel flake coconut
Preparation
Step 1
1. It is important to mix the ingredients in the order given.
2. Butter Two 9 inch pie pans. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes or until pie is firm to touch and is golden brown. It makes its own crust.
