Ingredients
- 2 med potatoes, quartered
- 2 carrots, sliced
- 6 chicken thighs
- Salt and pepper
- 1 med onion, chopped
- 2 garlic cloves, minced
- 2 c. shredded cabbage
- 2 c. chicken broth
Preparation
Step 1
Place potatoes and carrots in crock pot. Lay chicken on top. Sprinkle with salt, pepper, onion and garlic. Top with cabbage. Carefully pour chicken broth around the edges. Cover and cook on low 7-8 hours.
