Chicken with 20 cloves of Garlic

Ingredients

  • 4 small boneless, skinless Chicken Breasts ( approx 1 lb )
  • 20 garlic cloves, peeled
  • 3/4 Cup Chicken Broth, reduced sodium, fat-free
  • 1/4 Cup Light Classic Kraft Caesar Dressing
  • 1/4 Cup Kraft Parmesan Cheese, grated

Preparation

Step 1

Heat large skillet over medium high heat. Add chicken and garlic, cook for 4 minutes, turning after 2 minutes.

Stir in broth and dressing, cover with lid. Cook chicken for 4 minutes on each side. or until done~ 165'

Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese, remove from heat and let sit, covered for 1 minute. Serve with roasted vegetables.
