Broccoli with Brown Butter

- 1 1/2 medium bunches broccoli
- 3 tablespoons butter

Step 1
[1] Cut the broccoli into florets. Steam the broccoli until crisptender. Drain in a colander.
[2] In the same pan, melt butter over medium heat until foamy.
When foam subsides watch carefully and when the butter is fragrant, nutty and browned, spoon over the broccoli and serve.
