Sizzling Garlic and Citrus Shrimp with French Bread

Ingredients
- 1 1/2 pounds jumbo shrimp in the shell
- 3/4 cup butter, melted
- 1/2 cup lime juice
- 1/2 cup lemon juice
- 1/2 cup orange juice
- 1/3 cup cilantro, chopped
- 9 garlic clove(s), finely chopped
- 1/4 teaspoon coarse salt
- 1/3 teaspoon cayenne pepper
- 1 1/2 loaf French bread

Preparation
Step 1
Preheat oven to 250 degrees.
[1] Wrap the bread in foil and heat in the oven.
[2] Peel and devien the shrimp but leave the tails intact.
[3] Arrange the shrimp in a layer on a large shallow baking dish.
Combine the butter, lime juice, lemon juice, orange juice, cilantro,
garlic, salt and cayenne pepper in a bowl and mix well. Pour the
butter mixture over the shrimp.
[4] Heat the broiler, remove the bread. Broil the shrimp for 8
minutes or until the shrimp turn pink, turning once or twice.
[5] Serve with the French bread
