  • 1 beer
  • Water
  • Lime

Preparation

Step 1

Prepare chicken for sittin chicken by removing the neck & giblets. Rinse & pat dry the chicken with paper towel before cooking.

Season chicken with rub of choice.

Fill reservoir 75% full with mixture of beer, water, lemon & lime slices then place prepared chicken on sittin chicken stand.

Cook at 400 degrees until internal meat is 165 degrees

Notes: cooking can be from 250-400 degrees until the juices run clear (usually about 20-25 minutes per pound). We do recommend slow cooking. Keeping in mind every cooker, smoker, and oven is different.
