Orange Frost

Quick and easy smoothie from Betty Crocker. Personally, I don't think it needs the extra sugar. It's also good with a banana or strawberries added.

Ingredients

  • 3/4 cup fat-free (skim) milk
  • 3/4 cup water
  • 1 can (6 oz) frozen orange juice concentrate
  • 8 ice cubes
  • 1/4 cup sugar (optional)
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla

Preparation

Step 1

1 In blender, place all ingredients in order listed.
2 Cover; blend on high speed about 30 seconds or until mixture is smooth and foamy. Serve immediately.
