Step 1

COMBINE THE FLOUR AND SUGAR. ADD A BIT OF WARM WATER TO MAKE A THICK PASTE. SLOWLY ADD THE REST OF THE WATER, STIRRING WITH EACH ADDITION. BOIL STIRRING CONTINUOUSLY UNTIL THE MIXTURE IS THICK AND CLEAR OR MICROWAVE THE MIXTURE AT THIGH FOR 2 MINUTES, STIR AND MICROWAVE AGAIN AT HIGH SETTING FOR 2 MINUTES. ADD THE OIL OF CINNAMON. POUR INTO STORAGE CONTAINER
