LEMON-CURRY SAUCE

Ingredients

  • 4 Tbs. unsalted butter
  • 4 garlic cloves, minced
  • 1 1/2 Tbs. minced fresh thyme
  • 1 1/2 tsp. curry powder (mild or spicy)
  • 1 1/2 tsp. grated ginger
  • 1/4 tsp. salt, or more for taste
  • 1/4 tsp. freshly grated lemon zest

Preparation

Step 1

In small saucepan over medium heat, melt butter. Stir in garlic, thyme, curry, ginger and salt. Cook until fragrant, about 1 minute. Stir in lemon zest.
