Ingredients
- 4 Tbs. unsalted butter
- 4 garlic cloves, minced
- 1 1/2 Tbs. minced fresh thyme
- 1 1/2 tsp. curry powder (mild or spicy)
- 1 1/2 tsp. grated ginger
- 1/4 tsp. salt, or more for taste
- 1/4 tsp. freshly grated lemon zest
Preparation
Step 1
In small saucepan over medium heat, melt butter. Stir in garlic, thyme, curry, ginger and salt. Cook until fragrant, about 1 minute. Stir in lemon zest.
