Ingredients
- 3 cloves of garlic
- 2 T ginger
- 2 very ripe mangoes
- 1 onion
- 1/2 c honey
- 1 tsp. black pepper
- 1/2 tsp. cayenne
- 1/2 tsp. five spice powder
- 1/2 tsp.kosher salt
- 3 T olive oil
- 1/2 c rice vinegar
- 1/2 tsp. cumin
- 1/2 c rum
