Ingredients
- 3-4 boneless skinless chicken breast, cut into strips
- 4-6 small ears frozen corn on the cob
- 1 family size bag frozen whole green beans (16-19 oz)
- 2 pkg zesty Italian dressing mix
- 1/2 c butter, milted
Preparation
Step 1
1. Arrange ears of corn going down the length of a 9x19 pan. Place chicken strips down center of pan. Pour green beans along the other side
2. Pour milted butter of all. Sprinkle evenly with Italian dressing mix.
3. Cover with foil and bake at 350 for 1 hour until chicken is cooked through and corn is hot.
*You can also substitute: cauliflower, asparagus, Brussel sprouts, broccoli, etc.
